Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming and optimising our retail operations.  Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across the end-to-end retail value chain.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and support seamless implementation.
  

• Assist in developing and executing project plans aligned with strategic business goals.
  

• Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  

• Define and map current and future state processes using appropriate modelling tools.
  

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with business stakeholders.
  

• Support testing cycles to ensure all solutions meet documented requirements.
  

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process maps.

Qualifications

• Matric plus a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) advantageous.

Experience & Expertise

• 68 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the retail sector.
  

• Demonstrated experience across the retail value chain:
  Buying, planning, merchandising, warehousing, store operations, POS, ecommerce, customer service.
  

• Strong background in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain BA functions, including:
  Inventory Management, Inbound/Outbound, Order Management, Receiving, Integration, Picking, Reporting, Finance, Bookings, Dispatch, Pack Changes, Master Data, and overall supply chain processes.
  

• Proven capability supporting major retail systems implementations (ERP, WMS, CRM, OMS).
  

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
