South Africa: Retail Service Advisor – Tyres posted by Fouche & Co Recruitment

Our client is an established company within the tyre fitment industry and are continually expanding and striving to be the leaders within the industry, providing high quality service in customer excellence.

The position requires strong individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, to be able deal with customers in a fast-paced environment. You will be providing advice to customers regarding their Tyres and other vehicle service requirements, managing administrative tasks, quotations, upselling and resolving complaints that may arise.

Positions are available in Ballito through to the Upper highway Area

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect Tyres for their vehicles.
   • Provide information on tyre options, features, and benefits with genuine enthusiasm.
   • Create a positive in-store experience, building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
2. Product Knowledge:
   • Embark on a comprehensive training program to become an expert on our range of tyre products.
   • Stay curious and updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations.
3. Sales Techniques:
   • Learn and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
   • Utilize your natural communication skills to guide customers through the decision-making process.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with our experienced team to absorb knowledge, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
   • Participate in team-building activities and training sessions to enhance your skills.
5. Career Growth:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Drivers License and own vehicle
• Previous Experience in Sales/ customer service roles/ Motor industry is high advantageous
• Matric – Non-negotiable 
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Desire to build a successful career in sales.
• Ability to work retail hours/ Saturdays

Remuneration: R12 000 – R15 000pm + Provident
