Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of schematic, concept, and detailed designs for MEP systems.
• Create and manage technical plans, specifications, and workshop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Implement BIM workflows, including family creation, templates, and project coordination.
• Conduct clash detection reports using Navisworks and perform QA/QC reviews.
• Carry out detailed site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise installation of building systems, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in engineering, building services, or a related field (Advanced Diploma preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential).
• Experience in MEP design, modeling, and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
