As the Global IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s global technology strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, and leading the digital transformation journey. This senior leadership position will require you to manage a global team, develop cutting-edge IT solutions, and ensure the alignment of technology with business objectives across all regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience within the financial services or risk management sector is advantageous
• Proven track record of managing successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications in IT management, cybersecurity, or relevant fields (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus
• Proven experience as an IT Director, CIO, or in a similar senior IT leadership role with a global reach
• Extensive experience in IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation across multiple regions
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data governance
• Expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to global IT environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels
• Ability to think strategically while driving practical, operational solutions
• Experience with managing large-scale budgets and vendor relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
