About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations in South Africa. With a strong background in sales and marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives
- Travel frequently between store locations and adapt quickly to different environments
- Maintain merchandise availability, pricing policies, marketing, and security measures
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
- Support production and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales or marketing
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite; other discipline-specific software)
- Proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6)
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 7)
