About the Role
Join a client-focused sales team delivering premium mosquito net solutions in Stanford, Western Cape. Our client specialises in the design and supply of high-quality mosquito nets, with a strong emphasis on service, relationships, and end-to-end sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process including enquiries, design coordination, quotations, orders, invoicing, payments, dispatch, and client sign-off
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Meet and greet walk-in clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ensure accurate administration and follow-through across all sales stages
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales administration or client-facing administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interacting with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and administrative accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales administration or client-facing role is preferred. No formal education required.
Salary & Benefits
R20,000.00 – R30,000.00 per annum (based on skill, experience, and current package)
