• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Sales Co-ordination / Order Processing / Sales Administration role.
• Proficient in Syspro (or similar ERP system) Advantages
• Strong Excel skills – able to capture, track, and analyse data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and process customer orders accurately and timeously on Syspro.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and track sales orders from entry through to delivery.
• Analyse sales data and identify trends or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, pricing, and customer details.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer queries.
• Ensure all documentation, invoicing, and order details meet company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
