Job Summary
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Ability to translate customer requirements and accurately create orders and quotes. Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers throughout the year. Monitor and track own orders from start to completion. Submit orders by referring to price lists using the correct information. Monitor customer trends and follow up if there are changes. Accountable for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing timely feedback. Contributes to team goals and effort by supporting the team as required. Provide an Express Service as and when required. REQUIREMENTS National Diploma (Advantageous) Previous experience in Steel, Laser cutting, or CNC Industry Technical background CAD (2D and 3D) Code 8 driver`s license (must) Computer Literate (Excel) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener and excellent communication skills BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Negotiation Skills Self-confidence Client relationships Customer service Meeting sales goals Trustworthy and Reliable Works well under pressure Attention to detail Strong time management skills
