Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and execute strategies to achieve objectives.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address sales challenges, resolve customer issues, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales efforts.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and support professional growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, introduce innovative sales techniques, and streamline processes.
- Customer Engagement: Handle key client negotiations, maintain relationships, and leverage CRM systems effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (sales certifications a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, MS Office, and knowledge of automotive industry tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading sales teams in the automotive or related industry.
- Advanced sales certifications or leadership training.
- Familiarity with emerging automotive technologies, AI tools, or automation for sales optimization.
- Proven record of scaling sales operations or expanding into new markets.
- Industry thought leadership, conference participation, or publications.
- Foreign language proficiency (advantageous for global business).
Package & Benefits
- Salary Range: QAR 8,000 – QAR 12,000 (all-inclusive) + commission.
- Negotiable: The CEO is open to discussion for candidates who can clearly demonstrate their value.
- Driving License: Qatar Driving License and GCC background preferred. Exceptional candidates with international licenses and proven track records will also be considered.
