About the Role

One of Southern Africa’s fastest-growing beverage manufacturers is expanding its team! This proudly South African company delivers high-quality, affordable refreshment to millions of consumers – and they’re driven by excellence, innovation, and sustainability. They’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Cape Town / Bellville, where you’ll play a key role in transforming data into insights that drive smarter, faster, and more efficient business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain IT systems and business applications
  • Monitor and support critical business systems across departments
  • Participate in testing and user acceptance for new functionality
  • Identify and document process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end users
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to business teams
  • Ensure optimal success of projects through proactive monitoring and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
  • BEng (Industrial Engineering) is advantageous
  • 7+ years’ experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis
  • 4+ years’ experience in analysis activities related to bespoke web or mobile application development
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SQL experience advantageous
  • FMCG industry experience highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of business report design and analysis advantageous
  • Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
  • BEng (Industrial Engineering) is advantageous
  • 7+ years’ experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis

Salary & Benefits

Competitive package – R1.08 million per annum (negotiable)
