Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Payroll Admin, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and handling payroll-related inquiries. 5 years payroll and preferably I.T. experience You will work closely with the Financial Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and timely Maintain employee records and data Prepare payroll reports as needed Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues Collaborate with the Financial Manager on payroll tasks Preparation of and reconciliation of EMP201’s Assist with EMP501 submissions Assist with Equity reporting Assist with skills reporting Assist with SEST, STATSA reporting Assist with HR related queries If you have a passion for payroll administration and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
