Job specifications:

• Experience in the following is essential:
• System analysis and design
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Software development
• System documentation
• Test plans and cases
• Knowledge of technology structures (networks, database, communications, etc.)
• Documentation and diagrams of the abovementioned topics

Industry knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

• Payrolls
• Debit orders

Qualification:

1. Grade 12.
2. Relevant tertiary education is preferable.
3. 5-8 Years relevant development experience.
4. Must be a positive, team orientated and enthusiastic individual.
5. Ability to act independently, self-manage and apply initiative.
6. Problem solving and solution focused attitude.

Essential knowledge/skills:

1. C/C++
2. UNIX
3. Oracle

Desirable knowledge/skills:

1. PERL
2. UML
