What We’re Looking For:

• 7 to 12+ years of hands-on dev experience – ideally in early-stage, product-driven teams.
• You’re either an ex-founder, a serial startup builder, or just a damn good engineer who wants in early
• You’ve worked long hours before – not because you had to, but because you were obsessed with the product and the mission.
• Solid exposure to TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS – but culture fit and raw problem-solving matter more than specific tech
• You’ve done time in consumer internet, fintech, or global tech firms – and you’ve got the scars (or badges) to show for it
• You treat GitHub like a second brain – show us what you’ve built
• Bonus points if you bring a touch of entrepreneurial spirit to the team
