We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performing IT team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring system integrity, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and hybrid identity infrastructures.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and tools, ensuring smooth user experiences and secure configurations.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools to improve systems efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party software, OS configurations, and networking components.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management in hybrid environments.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (5+ years).
• Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, and systems automation scripting.
• Capable of debugging complex software and networking issues from the OS layer up.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
