Job Summary

Job Summary: The Site Administrator is responsible for managing administrative functions on the construction site, ensuring efficient operation of administrative processes, and providing support to site management and construction teams. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating communication, and overseeing site operations related to structural, mechanical, piping, and platework projects. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry. Experience with structural, mechanical, piping, and platework projects is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with construction management software is a plus. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks and ensure efficient site operations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with site personnel, stakeholders, and clients. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner. Work Environment: Hours: Standard site hours. Potential overtime may be required based on project demands and logistics needs.
