Job Summary
A leading facility is seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to oversee production, safety, and supply chain management. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in managing operational staff and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless daily operations of the plant, meeting production targets efficiently Monitor costs, streamline processes, and identify areas for continuous improvement Oversee raw material planning, production scheduling, and product distribution Uphold safety standards and maintain compliance with all legal and ISO requirements Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability
Requirements:
