Senior Duty Manager Luxury Bush Lodge We are seeking a refined; guest-centric Senior Duty Manager to join our team at a luxury bush lodge. This role requires a natural host who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring seamless daily operations. Great future opportunity to grow with a new Trail Camp been planned for the new year. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs with warmth, discretion, and professionalism. Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments including Front of House, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance. Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the lodge. Support and guide staff to deliver consistent excellence and uphold lodge values. Handle guest feedback with tact and efficiency, turning challenges into positive outcomes. Assist with hosting meals, activities, and guest arrivals/departures as required. Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a luxury lodge or bush environment essential. Strong interpersonal and hosting skills able to read guests and personalise experiences. All-rounder with hands-on operational knowledge and a calm, solution-driven approach. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Professional; well-presented, and attentive to detail. Passion for the wilderness, hospitality, and creating unforgettable moments for guests.
