Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing project scope, risks, and changes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Developing, reviewing, and modifying complex engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Team Leadership:
- Leading and organising the work of lower-level staff, including construction engineers and technicians.
- Mentoring and developing team members.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Problem Solving:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues and problems that arise during construction.
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Preparing clear and concise reports on project progress and performance.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project activities.
Experience & Qualification
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Construction. Engineering.
- ECSA registration.
- Experience in EPC phases (Engineering, Material Procurement, Construction Management) emphasis on Construction Management.
- Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah.
- Advanced technical and soft skills, excellent written and verbal communication, must be fluent in English and well presented
