About the Role
As one of South Africa’s most well-known top-end food suppliers, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Senior Sous Chef to take on the role as a Sales Executive. This unique opportunity requires someone who is highly knowledgeable and passionate about premium food products that can drive sales growth while building strong customer relationships and providing an essential and efficient service to the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through frequent travel to support their business needs
- Provide exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with internal personnel to ensure seamless operations
- Manage client relationships and build long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in a Senior role as a Sous Chef or FMCG focusing on food & hospitality sector
- Previous experience as a chef is best, and any form of working with premium fine foods is an advantage
- Strong confidence to engage in technical discussions regarding food or food preparation with excellent understanding of high-quality, premium products
- Evidence/Proven track record of achieving sales targets & growing customer relations
