<h1>Sommeliers</h1><h2>Job Description</h2><h3>Job Title:</h3><p>Sommeliers</p><h3>Location:</h3><p>South Africa, KwaZulu Natal, KwaZulu Natal</p><h3>Job Type:</h3><p>Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours</p><h3>Primary Industry:</h3><p>Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality</p><h2>Job Duties:</h2><ul><li>Utilise hosting skills to provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Conduct stocktakes and manage inventory effectively</li><li>Provide training and mentoring to staff on wine knowledge and service</li><li>Expertise in wine pairing to enhance the dining experience</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Proven experience working as a sommelier</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of wine varieties and regions</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h2>Education:</h2><p>Relevant qualifications related to the feild of expertise</p><h2>Experience:</h2><p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role</p><h2>Knowledge and Skills:</h2><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of wine production and tasting techniques</li><li>Ability to recommend and describe wines to customers</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Advanced certification from a recognised wine institution</li><li>Experience in conducting wine tastings and events</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions:</h2><p>The working cycle will be discussed with the employer, but it is a bush based role so you will be mostly likely work a 6week on 2 week off type of cycle.</p>
