About the Role
The Supervisor role is a key position in our organisation, responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve business KPIs and financial targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business KPIs and financial targets
- Coach and mentor team members, identifying and addressing training needs to enhance performance
- Manage a personal caseload to support overall financial performance
- Exercise due diligence when interpreting and reporting data to ensure accuracy
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that empowers and develops team members
- Gather and analyse information to assess risks and propose effective solutions
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, including its strategy, products, services, and organisational structure
Requirements
- Proven management experience with strong operational knowledge is essential
- Experience within banking, insurance, or collections sectors is advantageous
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in delivering outcomes aligned with client, customer, and business objectives
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
