Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding co-ordination.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for scarce and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
  • Facilitate salary discussions and offer negotiations with candidates.
  • Co-ordinate recruitment administration and onboarding documentation related to the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and site leadership regarding recruitment progress, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
  • Track recruitment activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics.
  • Develop innovative sourcing approaches to secure high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with relevant South African labour legislation and hiring practices.

Important Clarification:
This role is dedicated specifically to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. It does not include broader HR generalist responsibilities.
 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in full-function recruitment within a complex or high-volume environment.
  • Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing difficult-to-fill vacancies.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and candidate management skills.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and recruitment co-ordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems / HR systems.
