Demi Chef de Partie | UAE | Luxury Casino Resort We are searching for ambitious and talented DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE to join the flagship culinary team for the UAEs first-ever integrated casino resort. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). We are looking for rising culinary professionals who bring discipline, creativity, and consistency to their section, and who understand that in a high-stakes luxury environment, every plate is a performance. The Ideal Candidate Professional Standards: You maintain impeccable hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline, embodying the professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort. Technical Skill: You have strong foundational cooking skills and are eager to refine them under the guidance of senior chefs. Experience in hot, cold, grill, pastry, or garnish sections is an advantage. Communication & Teamwork: Fluent in English with clear communication skills, able to work seamlessly with fellow chefs and support the Chef de Partie.
