Job Description
This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to work on key digital transformation initiatives, designing and building modern transactional websites, mobile applications, and line-of-business systems used at scale.
You will play a critical role in shaping system architecture and technical strategy, while remaining hands-on across mobile and web platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll help digitise client journeys and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions
Key responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and technical design decisions across mobile and web platforms
- Set and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Mentor and support a team of engineers
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Lead the development of Flutter mobile applications (iOS & Android), including offline-first capabilities
- Oversee app publishing and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play
- Design and develop scalable .NET, Angular, and SQL Server solutions
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
Experience and skills required
- 10+ years’ experience in software development
- 3+ years’ hands-on Flutter mobile development experience
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in C# .NET, Angular, and SQL Server
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing frameworks
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, DevOps, APIs)
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
