Job Description
Tendering and Proposal Manager
AltGen is seeking a Bid/Proposal Manager with proven experience in tendering and bidding for renewable energy projects, particularly Solar PV and BESS. This is a fully remote role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid process from review to submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit bids/tenders for Solar PV and BESS projects
- Interpret tender documentation and ensure compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and deliverables
- Monitor industry and market trends to strengthen bid strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in managing bids for Solar PV projects (BESS experience advantageous)
- Strong understanding of contracts and contractual requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
