About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative/Executive to join our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong probing skills, excellent listening abilities, and a deep understanding of our products, services, and unique selling propositions (USPs). They must be able to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, while also leading demand-generating sales activities and coaching subordinates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively probe customers to understand their specific needs and tailor our solutions accordingly
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of internal and external contacts
- Lead demand-generating sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Coach, support, mentor, and challenge subordinates to ensure their success
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and continuously monitor its performance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales & New Business Development
- 5 years of experience in sales of IT Solutions/converged telecommunication services
- Strong hunter with superior closing skills
