Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily welding operations and teams
- Ensure welding activities comply with technical specifications, drawings, and international standards
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and welding procedures (WPS / PQR)
- Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and workshop efficiency
- Train, mentor, and develop welding staff
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and quality departments
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Welder with recognised trade certification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior welding role
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Arc, Flux-Cored, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience within heavy engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
