About the Role
As a Sales Executive at MMU Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and enhancing the value of all company products. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to enhance product value
- Participate in events and open days to increase visibility
- Identify new prospects and markets for growth
- Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them
- Set strategic thinking sales plans to achieve objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
