Job Description

Required: Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine project specifications. Material Prep & Fabrication: Measuring, marking, cutting, bending, and shaping metal components using machinery like grinders, presses, and shears. Assembly & Joining: Joining components through welding (MIG, TIG, and ARC), bolting, or riveting. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards and project dimensions. Maintenance: Maintaining tools, machinery, and a clean, safe work environment. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fabrication role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, welding, and operating machinery (e.g., plasma cutters and CNC equipment).
