About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This role is ideal for a mature, organized professional with strong computer skills and a solid understanding of basic mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate areas and quantities accurately for quoting purposes
- Assist with the preparation, issuing, and follow-up of customer quotes
- Generate and process invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain organized records of quotes, invoices, and related documentation
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely turnaround

- Strong computer skills and basic mathematics understanding
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in an office environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
