About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Data Analytics Manager to lead our Client Insights Division, delivering high-impact analytics that drive meaningful business outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics leader who combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders, and embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform product, operational, and strategic decision-making

• Act as a hands-on analytics leader, contributing directly while guiding cross-functional analytics initiatives

• Maintain high standards of analytical execution, data governance, and data visualisation

• Influence critical business decisions through compelling data storytelling and proactive stakeholder engagement

• Educate and enable business partners to effectively leverage analytics capabilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Data Analytics Lifecycle

• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and analytical excellence across teams

• Establish and enforce robust testing, validation, and quality assurance processes for analytical outputs

• Promote innovation, creative problem-solving, and structured analytical thinking

• Champion operational improvements that enhance data maturity and analytical capability across the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• 10+ years’ experience in a commercial analytics environment, demonstrating measurable business impact through data-driven insights

• Strong expertise in analytics, reporting, modelling, and stakeholder engagement

• Advanced SQL skills with experience working in relational databases

• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Salesforce Data Cloud)

• Proven people leadership experience, including influencing senior stakeholders and leading analytics teams

• Knowledge of change management methodologies

• Exposure to AutoML or low/no-code analytics tools such as Power BI or AWS SageMaker

Salary & Benefits
