Job Summary
Requirements:
– Grade 12 and a diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism. – Preferably 2-3 years of experience at the front desk in a similar role. – A passion for the hospitality industry. – Experience working with distinguished clientele. – Well-presented, with a professional demeanor and attitude. – Punctual, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented. – Proficient in basic computer skills and administration. – Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
