About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors at all times
  • Manage reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Liaise with clients at all levels, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Certificate or diploma in a business or administration field
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Well-spoken and confident communication skills
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role

  • Formal education/certifications not specified
