• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• RE5 Regulatory Exam, NCA, Class of Business certifications
• Financial qualification or studying toward one preferred
• Banking or prior F&I experience in automotive retail
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with CDK, Signio, DFS Warranty, Salesforce, or Beeswax beneficial
• Knowledge of NCA, FAIS, FIC, and dealership value-added products
• Strong administrative, problem-solving, and organisational skills
