The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reception and guest services at this prestigious Estate. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring guests and visitors receive a seamless experience. Candidate

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 Hospitality diploma or degree Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position Must be fully computer literate and have practical experience working on Opera Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships Service focused personality is essential Previous leadership experience required and be able to lead and motivate a team, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Must have great communication and strong networking skills Knowledge of Conference coordinating, quoting and planning Able to do Forecasting and Reporting and Roster planning A passion for people and hospitality is essential The ability to stay organized and work under pressure Must be a confident and goal orientated individual Good communication skills – oral and written is essential This a live out position

Foster a culture of high-end hospitality among staff. 2. Front Desk Operations Oversee smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Ensure all reservations and room allocations are accurate. Supervise concierge services, including restaurant bookings, local recommendations, and special arrangements. Maintain a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing front desk area. 3. Staff Management & Training Hire, train, and supervise front desk agents and concierge staff. Schedule shifts to ensure 24/7 front desk coverage. Conduct ongoing training to maintain high service standards. Motivate staff to deliver a personalized and engaging guest experience. 4.
