The role requires an individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage a team to ensure all gardening tasks are completed to a high standard. 

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Garden Supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life.
• Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
• Familiarity with landscaping design.
• Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers.
• Ability to operate professional gardening equipment and machinery.
• The ability to remain on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
