Job Summary
Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Sanding & minor repairs on furniture; Minor painting work; General maintenance work as required. Check all common areas and outside areas for malfunction/brokerage and report to the Maintenance Manager Daily room inspections before guest arrivals Perform maintenance fixes such as repairing broken locks, paint work, plumbing, woodwork
Requirements:
Preferably 1-year previous maintenance experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in spoken English; Attention to detail; Flexibility; Must be a well-presented and enthusiastic personality; Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
