SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, or Sales is advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading successful sales teams in the automotive retail sector.
• 7–10 years’ overall sales experience, with a strong grasp of lead management and digital sales processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational principles.
• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle license an advantage).
