About the Role
Join our esteemed team at Craven Cottage CC as a Housekeeper, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality services to our luxury villa guests. With a focus on creating seamless and memorable experiences, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to manage guest services, housekeeping, property upkeep, and staff to ensure the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall operation and smooth running of a luxury villa, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the property’s high standards.
- Welcome and host guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their stay is enjoyable from arrival to departure.
- Provide personalized services, anticipating guest preferences, and handling inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Manage check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Oversee the cleanliness, upkeep, and aesthetic appeal of the villa, including landscaping, pool maintenance, and general property maintenance.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
- Manage the villa’s infrastructure, including HVAC and security systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff, such as housekeepers, cooks, and groundskeepers.
- Create schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and support to staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage kitchen operations and work with chefs to create memorable dining experiences.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification will be an advantage
- Experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent service are highly valued.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions beneficial.
