Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures, bathroom products, tiles , lights & ironmongery and accessories to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance on product features, functionality, and installation.
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and always ensure customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage demanding clients with patience and professionalism, turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining showroom displays.
- Utilize computer skills to input data, generate reports, and manage customer information efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willing to go the extra mile for the customer
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with demanding clients, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- A strong multi-tasking ability
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Staying up to date with interior design trends for bathrooms
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Saturday 08:30 – 12:30
