Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals for guests staying in the private villas

• Create tailored menus and dining experiences based on guest preferences

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and kitchen standards at all times

• Assist in the main hotel kitchen during quieter villa periods

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in all dishes

Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie within a luxury environment

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in menu planning

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Package:

• Salary: R20,000 R25,000, negotiable depending on experience

• Live-in position while servicing the villa
