Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 would be an added advantage Must reside in the area Previous experience as a Waiter would be beneficial Must be guest and service-focused Must be a hard-working person who is willing to learn Knowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverages served Knowledge of food, cooking methods, and all menus Basic knowledge and understanding of rotating stock and stock control Live-out position.
