Job Summary
Rovensa Next manufactures and markets biocontrol solutions in the Agricultural sector. A challenging career opportunity exists for a hands-on administrator to assist the production team with incoming deliveries, outgoing shipments, stock control and other relevant administrative functions. Responsibilities : Process and oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, according to the FIFO principle Ensure accurate and timely release of quality goods to customers Coordinate the receipt and timeous processing of incoming shipments on SAP Verify the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders Monitor and process production consumption and production inbounds on SAP Maintain accurate inventory records on SAP Assist the Supply and Ops Coordinator in monitoring stock levels of all materials Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, with goods stored properly, stacked safely, and labelled correctly Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials Assist with any ad hoc tasks that may be reasonably expected Requirements : Matric (minimum requirement) Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial System (ERP) knowledge – SAP will be beneficial Stock / logistics and value chain knowledge / experience Basic numerical skills Computer literate with proven Excel skill Ability to work in a team Attention to detail Drivers licence & own transport A market-related remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
