This live in role offers a salary of R13 000 DOE and is perfect for someone who loves front of house, guest experience and leading a small, dedicated team. The Camp Manager will be the right hand to the Lodge Manager, hosting guests, managing the Guest Relations and Porters team, and ensuring every touchpoint feels elegant and seamless. In the Lodge Managers absence, the Camp Manager will step in to oversee daily operations. What the role includes Warm guest welcomes and personalised hosting Managing Guest Relations and Porters Beautiful lodge presentation and guest areas Coordinating with all departments for smooth service Retail stock control and shop sales Acting as Manager on Duty when required Using ResRequest and TallOrder systems Requirements 3 to 5 years experience in luxury hospitality Strong front of house and hosting skills Calm, professional, and detail focused Great communication and leadership ability Organised, proactive and guest focused Comfortable making decisions independently
