Job Description

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, 5 Years HR Experience in the Opencast Mining Industry Computer Literate in: MS Word, Power Point, Excel Good knowledge of relevant labour legislation The successful candidate will be required to pass a medical assessment Own transport with a valid drivers license. GENERAL DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Attend to general requests/queries from all employees. Ensure high level and high standard of customer service and guidance in line with HR Policies and Procedures. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process Provide information and assistance to Sites Set up internal disciplinary hearings, and grievance meetings, take minutes if required. Prepare all documentation/information required for Disciplinary Hearings and CCMA cases. Assist with CCMA cases by collecting and analysing information for the case Ensure that the recruitment process is followed from start to end in order to recruit effectively and reduce turnover. Manage the on-boarding of successful candidates and take-on documentation. Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV. No Criminal Record. Medically Fit.
