Thabazimbi: Senior HR Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Thabazimbi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and mining environment, with a minimum of 7 years experience as a Senior HR Officer in the Mining Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement training programs for employees
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and benefits
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience as a Senior HR Officer in the Mining Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft packages (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Mining Environment will be beneficial
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s License and own vehicle required
• Contactable references and payslips required

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF Level 7) required
