About the Role
GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients in the Mining Industry. With a strong background in Employee Relations and a deep understanding of the Mining Environment, we are looking for someone who can provide expert guidance and oversight to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance management and talent development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Senior HR Officer in the Mining Industry
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF Level 7) required
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Mining Environment will be beneficial
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License and own vehicle required

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF Level 7)
