Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree in Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- An MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred but not essential
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the agriculture, food production, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in managing packhouse operations, logistics, and/or distribution channels is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering on financial and operational targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with exceptional analytical ability to align market trends, customer needs, and business performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
