About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Personal Assistant to join our team in Tzaneen. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive diary and scheduling
  • Take accurate minutes and track action items
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate events, audits, and executive visits
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Recognised Secretarial/Personal Assistant qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (ideally)

  • Formal education/certifications not specified
