About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Personal Assistant to join our team in Tzaneen. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive diary and scheduling
- Take accurate minutes and track action items
- Prepare meeting packs, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate events, audits, and executive visits
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Recognised Secretarial/Personal Assistant qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (ideally)
