Tzaneen: Service Workshop Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to oversee and lead a well-established motor company in Tzaneen. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Service and Parts Department. Oversee sales, staff, and finances for both departments. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Maintain profitability through strict financial controls. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, develop, and motivate team members. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management. Experience within a corporate-branded dealership’s Service Department. Experience with volume brands such as Renault, Nissan, Isuzu, etc. Strong management and leadership abilities. Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with a clear criminal record. Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
